Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
– Unused and unopened
– In their original packaging
– In a resaleable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:
– Gel polish and nail products
– Hair extensions
– Cosmetics or skincare products
– Hair brushes and scissors
– Electrical items such as hairdryers, straighteners, clippers, and trimmers (unless faulty)
– Hair colour, bleach, peroxide, developer, and chemical treatment products
– PPE items such as gloves, masks, and disposable capes or towels
– Waxing tools, lash and brow products, and piercing accessories
– Custom or personalised items including salon furniture and special-order equipment
– Any items that have been opened, used, or have damaged/missing packaging

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Return an Item

1. Email info@maguiresupplies.ie with your order number and details.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
