How Is the Cosmic Flat Shield Used?

Position the Cosmic Flat Shield directly onto the eyelid during Step 1 of the Korean lash lift process.

The natural lashes are positioned against the flat shield while they are restructuring. At this stage, the purpose is to control the placement and direction of the lashes rather than create their final curl.

Once Step 1 is complete, continue the treatment using the appropriate styling shield for the client’s natural lashes and desired finished result.

A Working Shield, Not a Styling Shield

The important difference with the Cosmic Flat Shield is that it isn’t intended to determine the finished lash shape.

Think of Cosmic as your working shield. It provides control during Step 1, while your choice of styling shield – such as Aurora L-Curl, Orbit C-Curl or Stella CU-Curl – helps determine the final lift and curl.

Clear or Pink

Clear – Provides excellent visibility when positioning and working with the lashes.

Pink – Provides greater contrast, making the natural lashes easier to see against the shield during application.

Cleaning & Care

Clean thoroughly after every treatment to remove lifting solution, tint or adhesive residue. Wash using warm water and a suitable professional cleanser before disinfecting according to your salon hygiene protocol.

Allow the shield to dry completely before storing. Avoid excessive heat or harsh chemicals that could damage or distort the silicone.
